YoozStamp is a patented identification technology, based on the detection and reading of a personalized date stamp.
Positioned on the first page of each invoice, it will serve as a separator allowing the automatic cutting of the batch into as many files as there are different invoices it contains.
YoozStamp thus multiplies the productivity gains obtained by eliminating the pre-sorting phase and simplifying the scanning task. Beyond these productivity gains, YoozStamp provides security for the dematerialization process. Indeed, stamping an invoice: - provide physical proof that the said invoice has been scanned and Yoozée, - prevents the risk of scanning the same invoice twice. Yooz automatically detects duplicates, but this eliminates the need to delete invoices that have been scanned twice. => Stamp invoices: YoozStamp is a stamp which is applied on the 1st page of each document before the capture step. The stamp must be affixed to an unprinted area to ensure that at least one of the QR Codes can be identified. In order to optimize the readability of the date, the stamp should be "roughly horizontal". It is best to let the ink dry for a few seconds before you start scanning. => Buffer maintenance: The original ink and ink refills are given to allow 5,000 to 10,000 fingerprints.
